Accepted refunds/returns* (see below) will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase, or in the form of store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment source than the one they originally came from. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and they should be processed within 48 hours.

Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval. 

All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days. 



If you received the wrong item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. 


* We are unable to accept returns/refund if:

-Item(s) were a final sale item

-Item(s) wrong size, please check your size before placing your order

-Item(s) with discount/promotional code

-Item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition

-Item(s) have been worn or washed

-Item(s) have been altered

-Item(s) do not have the original tags on the item
